The LA Gym is a fully equipped boxing gymnasium. We have the type of boxing equipment that has been used by professional gyms for many years.
The gym has been built up to provide a professional training environment. Here is a short list of our equipment waiting for you:

* Professional speed ball frames with speed bags and peanut bags
* Floor to ceiling double end bags
* Wall mounted body & head shot static bags
* Angled hook & uppercut bag
* Heavy maize bag
* Large mirrored areas for shadow boxing
* Professional (competition size) ring
* Free weights
* Focus hook and jab pads
* Boxing gloves, skipping ropes and head guards.
*A proper 3 minute round timer with a LOUD bell
There are mens and womens changing rooms with showering facilities.
With great communications the LA GYM also makes a great training base for any Professional boxer be they visiting the UK or just looking for a fresh approach. We have Epping Forest virtually on our doorstep offering some amazing cross country running and the exclusive Elmcroft guest house close by making the LA GYM a great home away from home.
